PHILIPS UVB lamps TL100W/01‑FS72 6-foot UVB-Narrowband “Short” High Output
Fits most North American devices manufactured after 2003, including equipment from major manufacturers such as National Biological, Daavlin, Houvalite, Ultralite, UV-Biotek, Psoralite, and others. The bulb measures 69.75″ from end to end and is dimensionally interchangeable with FS72T12 and F72T12 lamps.
Also referenced under multiple industry designations, including National Biological Houvalite or Daavlin FS72T12/NBUVB/HO, F72T12-100W-UVB-NB (LET), NBC Part #7TL-072, and FS72T12/NBUVB/HO.

The most common 6-foot PUVA lamp, compatible with the majority of North American 6-foot PUVA devices. Fits widely used legacy and E-series 6-foot systems from leading manufacturers.

PHILIPS TL100W/01 6-foot UVB-Narrowband “Long” High Output
This is the original Philips TL/01 Narrowband UVB bulb. It is an F71-length tube measuring 70.25″ end to end, commonly used in many older 6 ft UVB-Narrowband devices (such as Daavlin, NBC, Ultralite) and is still widely utilized in full-body systems across Europe. It is similar to the TL100W/01-FS72 model, but longer—ensure part numbers are verified before ordering. The bulb is approximately 1/2″ too long to replace FS72T12-sized tubes (consider using TL100W/01-FS72 instead).

This is the most commonly used 6 ft UVB-Broadband bulb. It fits most North American 6 ft devices including Daavlin, Ultralite, and others; however, it is not compatible with NBC systems (use FSX72T12/UVB/HO instead). Also known as Philips TL-F72100W/12, FSO72T12/UVB/HO, or FS72T12/ERE/HO.
